Book accommodation

IWA has appointed The OzAccom Group to assist the IWA World Water Congress delegates, exhibitors and trade visitors with accommodation.

Block reservations have been arranged at a selection of hotels. These rates are valid for the event only if booked through OzAccom.

Accommodation rates are listed in Canadian dollars and exclude 5% GST, 7.5% provincial tax and 3.5% occupancy tax.

You will need to provide your credit card details to reserve accommodation.

Hotels will charge a deposit of one nights's accommodation approximately one month prior to arrival (date may vary between hotels). Your hotel will require a credit card imprint when you check in for any incidentals during your stay. Full settlement of your account may be required on check-in or departure, depending on your selected hotel.

Cancellation policy

• All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.

• For accommodation cancellations or amendments made after 19 August 2010, the hotel may impose a 100% cancellation penalty plus taxes.
